We offer a full refund policy for unbroken mugs within 15 days of delivery of your mugs. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, but we will gladly accept the broken pieces, which we donate to local kids art programs.
If any of your mugs arrive broken or in poor condition, contact us right away and we will be happy to help.
To complete your return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We require a receipt as a proof of purchase.
If you don't like the design on your BittyMug or if we sent the wrong design to you, we'll be sorry to hear that. Please email us and we'll set it straight as quickly as possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and you don't want it, we're hope you can donate it to a local children's organization in your area. If you decide to return the mugs, we offer a refund to the original purchaser upon receipt of the unbroken mugs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
